Countryside, Fresh Air and Exercise

The Prostate Pedallers are not all about the cycling. This week, with a prospective new member attending the group, we first went for a coffee at the Bakehouse Café at Ashridge House to meet him and give him the opportunity to get to know us. Being primarily a cancer support group we strive to ensure new members are welcome and comfortable. If you would like to know more about our group please contact us.

After coffee we got back on our bikes and rode through Ashridge Forest and down to the delightful village of Aldbury and back. The weather could not have been better. Countryside, fresh air and exercise - the perfect setting for a ride and a get together with like minded men.
