Prostate Pedallers Blog

Bonito's Bedford Bonanza!

Saturday saw a 10 strong group make their way to Stevington in Bedfordshire for a Prostate Pedaller ride out. Our local man Leo knows the area like the back of his hand and so we followed him faithfully as we weaved our way through roads, tracks, bridges and cycleways.

We were headed for the Cow Shed Café, a 14 mile outward journey on mainly flat ground that followed the River Ouse. The café sits at the top of a hill which I'm sure is deliberate so cyclists and walkers expend just enough energy reaching it that they need more coffee and cakes to refuel!

A lively chat ensued and then we started our return to Stevington to complete the 28 mile round trip. A great ride on a new route and always good to catch up with the Pedallers.
